	Cruel lord, from Nestajov, And Catherine, from Lichtenburk Their fates connected By forced marriage Her heart already belonged To the castle´s blacksmith in shadows during dark nights They met afraid of curious eyes. But painful ways Crossed their sad fates And one day they were Found and betrayed Thrown into the dungeon wet and cold waiting for the judgment of their lord The blacksmith's fate was sealed that day. His hands were cut off and his body was pierced with a spear. His wife begged as she was taken away. Sealed alive into the walls, her life ended in a dark grave filled by anger and fear. Almost two centuries later, another horrible, never-forgotten tragedy occurred in this place of hatred and horror. A woman also named Catherine became a widow. She mourned her husband, and her heart was hollow. Eventually, the castle was taken over by her brother-in-law. And so she once again became the lady of Svojanov. But when she became pregnant, he began to court another, and locked her away in the deepest dungeon. From then on, he began to hear strange moans. The noise drove him to madness during silent nights. He became restless. Filled with remorse, he descended into the dungeon and beheld a truly horrible sight. She lay there dead on the ground. Dress torn, madness carved in her face. He walled in the corpse, but it drove him insane. And soon, he too was dead.
